We reported last month about the case of a six month-old-girl named Bree who was removed from her parents custody by a Lansing, Michigan judge, simply because her parents were ‘legal medical marijuana patients’. The judge concluded that patients who grow the medicine could be robbed and their children are in danger, and need to be removed from the home for their own safety.
As of today, the court ‘changed it’s mind’ and returned Bree to her family. We could not be more happy for Bree and her loving parents.

This is bull that this kid was even removed and even worse that they are making parents do counseling and training. I know that these good parents will do anything but why should they? I call bull #$i*
Yeah I agree with you . Parenting class??? These people look so real what is that about but if you love your kids but that is messed up no matter what and I agree with you.
Sorry that our system failed you lovely parents.
Halloween has always been my favorite day, but the wonderful news that baby Bree is finally going home made it that much more special. I am so happy for her AND her parents. Congratulations to all!
