Yesterday Senate Bill 17, a bill to outlaw the use and consumption of medical marijuana in any commercial building was defeated. This law was from the onset filled with more questions than answers. The senate, with the help of patients, citizens, the MMMA and thousands of firefighters killed this bill.
Patients need to work with our government officials before future attempts or proposed legislation ever make it for a vote.
