Denver, CO–(ENEWSPF)–January 28, 2011. An analysis of Denver crime statistics for 2010 contradicts claims that the operation of medical marijuana dispensaries are associated with elevated incidences of criminal activity.
Bipolar Disorder runs in my family, those of us affected refer to it as “the gene of the damned”. My father is bipolar, my mother is not. I am bipolar, my brother is not. The same is true with extended family, some are affected, some are not.
Ninety-two Northern Californians using cannabis as an alternative to alcohol obtained letters of approval from the author. In order to study psychiatric disorders, neurobiologists use animal models, especially maternal deprivation models. Depriving rats of their mothers for several hours a day after their birth leads to a lack of care and to early stress. The lack of care, which takes place during a period of intense neuronal development, is liable to cause lasting brain dysfunction.

A case involving medical marijuana found in a barn has been dismissed in Genesee County.
The case of Chason William-Gregory Pointer of Clarkston began when an Oakland County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) arrested Pointer in October, 2009. Officers found marijuana and growing equipment in Pointer’s barn in Genesee County.
A judge in Grand Rapids has postponed a hearing to determine if the state should cooperate with a federal subpoena seeking medical marijuana records. The delay was due to a last-minute request to intervene by a group called “the Michigan association of compassion clubs.” The Drug Enforcement Administration won’t talk about the Lansing-area probe, but will say they’re not cracking down on medical marijuana users.
