It is also very important that we combat disinformation in our neighborhoods by conducting an effective media campaign to give sensible policies the platform and press coverage that they deserve. This means making your voice heard at the local level by attending meetings of city councils and zoning boards as well as by writing letters to newspapers.
In addition to writing newspapers, it is vitally important that we aggressively contact our local and state legislators to let them know that we demand a reasonable approach to medical marijuana and our votes will count.
