Michigan Police search my home without probable cause I am a medical marijuana marihuana patient. They said that Roots and Stalk material is illegal and it perfectly legal. I can possess up to 2.5 ounces of dry leaf material.
Police use Knock and Talk to try to get permission to investigate my garden. After I refused to let them in they hold me detained about an hour. Then they let me walk away. They stood in my front yard for about 5 hours, then searched my house after breaking door. They took all my medical marijuana marihuana and my money.
Said it could be 3 months before they bring charges .
